Aaron Alexander, of Potboiler Design, is an in-house and freelance graphic designer with extensive experience and an eclectic visual style. 

I am currently the sole in-house designer at CRKT (Columbia River Knife and Tool Company) and freelance as Potboiler Design. In my CRKT role, I create print ads, retail graphics, packaging, web banners, motion design, and email marketing assets. I also manage freelance design resources, and work with print vendors and agency partners. I had similar responsibilities in a five-designer team environment at Gerber Gear for several years.

As a freelancer I work on illustration, storyboards, logos, and more, often for small clients or agencies. I love working with friends!

My educational background is in fine art and illustration (BA, Studio Arts, George Fox University). I have additionally taken filmmaking and comics courses, and was the first intern at famed comic studio Helioscope. Prior to my design career, I worked in print production with FedEx Office, often quoting, project managing, and physically producing a wide variety of print collateral.
